基于測溫偏差機(jī)理的溫度傳感器結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

?針對某航空發(fā)動機(jī)上選用的滑油溫度傳感器響應(yīng)速度慢、穩(wěn)態(tài)測溫偏差大的問題,以測溫偏差的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理為導(dǎo)入,通過對測溫偏差和時間常數(shù)計(jì)算公式的推導(dǎo),明確穩(wěn)態(tài)和動態(tài)測溫偏差共同的影響因素,并以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合滑油溫度傳感器在發(fā)動機(jī)上的工作環(huán)境和其自身的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸限制,提出一種增加測溫端長徑比、提高表面?zhèn)鳠嵯禂?shù)的傳感器測溫端結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化措施。改進(jìn)后的滑油溫度傳感器隨發(fā)動機(jī)開展整機(jī)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改進(jìn)措施合理有效,改進(jìn)后的傳感器動態(tài)響應(yīng)速度可提升至原傳感器的6倍,穩(wěn)態(tài)測溫偏差優(yōu)于1%,能夠滿足發(fā)動機(jī)的使用需求。
For the problem of slow response speed and large deviation of steady-state temperature measurement of the lubricating oil temperature sensor selected on a certain type of aeroengine,the generation mechanism of temperature measurement deviation is taken as the import.Through the derivation of the calculation formula of temperature measurement deviation and time constant,the common influence factors of steady-state and dynamic temperature measurement deviation are clarified,and on this basis,combined with the working environment of the lubricating oil temperature sensor on the engine and its own structural size limitations,a structural optimization measure which increasing the length ratio of the temperature measurement end and improving the surface heat transfer coefficient is proposed.The improved lubricating oil temperature sensor follows the engine to carry out the whole machine test and verification,and the test results show that the improvement measures are reasonable and effective,and the improved sensor dynamic response speed can be increased to 6 times that of the original sensor,and the steady-state temperature measurement deviation is better than 1%,which can meet the use demand of the engine.
